Week 20 - Growing Hope Garden

by Anonomous on behalf of Tree Sisters

      · Blog,Mission 2022,Sponsors

Our permaculture partners spent several weeks talking with this school to set up a garden program for learners that the school was really excited about. The principal went around the school to find the learners who were more interested in participating in the program and got sign ups.

With it being the end of the school year in South Africa, we have had to work around the schools schedule for visits and scheduling. We will continue to work with this school over January when children return to school and to make sure studets learn several permaculture techniques that they can replicate in seasons to come.

This school is a work in progress with the children over time and we will have more to share in 2023.
